Privacy Policy as of 01.03.2025
I. General Provisions
- The privacy policy defines how users’ personal data necessary for the provision of electronic services via the website https://glinikmariampolski.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) are collected, processed, and stored.
- The Service collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered.
- Personal data collected via the Service are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

III. Purpose of Data Collection
- Personal data are used for:
– Performance of the contract regarding services and e-services,
– Communication with the User (contact form),
– Provision of social media services,
– Promotion of the Administrator’s offer,
– Marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
– Personalization of the Service for Users,
– Analytical and statistical activities,
– Debt collection
– Establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them - Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude the contract or use other functionalities of the Service.
IV. Types of Processed Personal Data
The Administrator may process the User’s personal data: name and surname, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and tax identification number (NIP).
V. Data Retention Period
Users’ personal data will be processed for the following periods:
- When the legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract – until the expiration of claims after its execution,
- When the legal basis for data processing is consent – until it is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until the expiration of claims
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims related to periodic benefits and claims related to business activities – 3 years (unless a specific provision states otherwise).
VI. Sharing of Personal Data
- Users’ personal data may be shared with entities affiliated with the Administrator, its subcontractors, and entities cooperating with the Administrator, such as e-payment service providers, courier/postal service companies, and law firms.
- Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. User Rights
- The User of the Service has the right to access their personal data, rectify them, delete them, restrict processing, transfer them, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
- A request to exercise any of the aforementioned rights should be sent to the email address: kontakt@glinikmariampolski.pl.
- The Administrator will fulfill or refuse to fulfill the request without delay – within a maximum of one month from its receipt.
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
VIII. Cookies
- The Service collects information using cookies – session, persistent, and third-party cookies.
- The collection of cookies supports the proper provision of services within the Service and serves statistical purposes.
- The User can determine the scope of cookies’ access to their device in the browser settings.
IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
- Users’ data cannot be processed automatically in a way that would result in any decisions being made about them.
- Users’ data may be profiled to tailor content and personalize offers, provided they have given their consent.
X. Final Provisions
- The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that Users’ rights are not limited.
- Information about any changes will be provided in the form of a notice available on the Service.
- For matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
